产科护士职业暴露的原因分析与防范措施

Reason Analysis and Preventive Measures of Occupational Exposure of Obstetric Nurses

目的通过了解产科护士发生职业暴露的危险因素,加强医务人员的职业防护,并制定相应的防护措施。方法分析26例产科护士发生的职业暴露方式,研究产科医务人员发生职业暴露的原因和防护意识。结果 26例职业暴露的发生方式中,黏膜暴露为16例,锐器刺伤为7例,其他为3例。结论产科护士的黏膜暴露发生率很高,一些护士对职业暴露的防护意识淡薄,强化医护人员预防医院感染的意识,采取有效的防范措施降低职业暴露发生率。

Objective The risk factors of occupational exposure for the occurrence of obstetric midwives were investigated, strengthened occupant.Methods 26 cases of occupational exposure ways of occurred midwife obstetric were analyzed and to evaluated the obstetric medical staff awareness of the causes and prevention of occupational exposure. Results The 26 cases of occupational exposure ways, 16 were mucosal exposure, 7 were needle stick injuries and 3 were others. Incidence of mucosal exposure of obstetric nurses were high, protection awareness of occupational exposure of some nurses were weak.Conclusion The hospital should strengthen health care hospital infection prevention awareness and take effective preventive measures to reduce the incidence of occupational exposure.
