摘要
针对现有的等温容器放气方法存在测试误差较大、重复性较差,且测量误差分析方面研究匮乏等问题,对等温容器的测量误差进行了深入分析,分别探讨了压力梯度,温度梯度、测量噪声等对等温容器放气方法的误差影响情况,该案例可以为等温容器性能提高及放气法测量气动元件流量特性方面提供一些指导。
Aiming at the problems of the existing isothermal discharge method, such as big measurement error and poor repeatability, a deep research on the measurement errors of the isothermal discharge method has been con- duced. The influences of the pressure gradient, the temperture gradient and the measurement noise on the results of the isothermal discharge method have been discussed, the research products are helpful for improving the performance of the isothermal chamber and reduce the measurement error of the isothermal discharge method for testing the flow-rate characteristics of the pneumatic components.
