摘要
利用FLUENT软件对DN250中心型蝶阀进行恒速定常流分析,模拟了不同开度的蝶阀流动情况并对其流动特征进行分析;针对模拟结果对流阻系数、相对流量系数及水动力矩系数三个重要参数进行计算分析,分析结果表明:开度在0°~30°内,流动扰动和阻力系数都较大,造成大量能量损失,不适宜阀板正常工作;阀板开度大于60°,流动阻力系数较小流态稳定,阀板受力较小,流体不会对阀板造成大的冲击;在蝶阀开度为70°时,水动力矩系数达到峰值0.193。研究结果为蝶阀设计提供重要参考依据。
Constant speed unsteady flow analysis for DN250 center butterfly valve is done by using FLUENT software in this work, as well as different flow valve opening degrees simulation and flow characteristics analysis; in view of the simulation results, a calculation analysis is done for the three important parameter: flow resistance coefficient, the relative flow coefficient and hydrodynamic torque coefficient. The results show that: when the opening degree is 0° - 30°, the flow disturbance and resistance coefficients are large, resulting in significant energy loss, in this case it is not suitable for normal operation of the valve plate ; when the valve opening degree is greater than 60°, the flow resistance coefficient is smaller and the state flow is steady, also the force is smaller, so the fluid will not cause a big impact on the valve plate;when the valve opening degree is 70°, the hydrodynamic torque coefficient reaches the peak value 0. 193. Results of this study provide important reference for butterfly designs.
