摘要 数字伺服阀是未来伺服阀发展的一个重要方向。数字伺服阀大多采用驱动机构直接驱动阀芯滑动的方式,驱动机构的动态性能很大程度上决定了整阀的性能,根据负载特性和实际应用对高动态的要求,在传统PI控制的基础上,加入了前馈控制器,并对其进行了控制算法理论模型等效、幅频和相频分析、程序算法设计及具体实验验证,实验结果表明,前馈控制的引入有效的改善了数字阀的动态性能。 Digital servo valve is an important direction for future development of the servo, digital servo valve use drive mechanism more direct drive valve core slide way, the performance of the drive mechanism largely determines the performance of the whole valve, according to the load characteristic and practical high dynamic application, on the basis of the traditional PI control, adding the feed-forward control, equating the control algorithm theoretical model, analyzing amplitude and phase frequency, simulation experimental designing, the application results show that the feed-forward controller effectively improving the dynamic performance of the digital valve.
