摘要
对PP装置专利商的卧式反应器聚合单元的分析预处理及控制系统的设计进行改进,在专利商设计的前级预处理基础上,增加一个旋风分离器进行冗余备用,预处理系统增加分流路进入色谱分析仪,把原来只测一个流路的色谱分析仪,改为并行测二个流路,使二台色谱可以互为热备用,输出信号都送入DCS系统,由DCS选择使用色谱分析仪的输出信号参与工艺控制,在预处理系统发生过滤器堵塞或色谱分析仪故障时,色谱分析仪输出的实时数据不会间断,确保反应器中聚合反应的平稳运行。
In the paper,the analysis of pretreatment and the design of the control system of the horizontal reactor polymerization unit for PP plant patent trader is improved. On the basis of the preprocessing stage designed by patent trader,a cyclone separator is added for standby redundancy, the shunt into the chromatographic analyzer is increased for the pretreatment system,the original chromatographic analyzer which only measures one flow is replaced by two parallelism it can measure two of it,so that two sets of chromatography can be hot standby mutually, and the output signals are fed to the DCS system, the signals are choosen by DCS to be used in process control. When the filter is clogged or chromatographic analyzer fault occurs in pretreatment system, the real-time data output from chromatographic analyzer is not interrupted, it can ensure the smooth operation of the polymerization reactor.
