The paper introduces one special manhole cover plate device for water pipe, on the basis of ordinary repair of manhole cover plate; this cover plate integrates rectifying hood and exhaust valve device, which has the functions of maintenance, rectifying and air exhaust, and this device can reduce head loss of pipeline and quantities of structures along the line and reduce construction investment and running energy consumption of water delivery system.
