Evaluation of strategic risk is a key factor for the success or failure of project of acquisition and reorganization. On the basis of analyzing strategic motivations of project of acquisition and reorganization, the paper discusses contents and methods of evaluation of strategic risk from the recent policy documents issued by CBRC and economic evaluation, meanwhile, the paper analyzes reorganization case of a certain overseas project.
