摘要
根据单种煤变质程度,焦炭灰成分催化指数模型(MBI,MMCI)选取了9种单种煤焦炭,缩取焦炭破碎制成0.2 mm以下的焦粉,将每种焦粉分别在同步热分析仪中进行高温反应试验并对试验结果进行分析。结果发现,随着变质程度的提高,焦炭的反应性有较明显的降低趋势,主要与不同焦炭的光学显微组织有关。计算说明,反应活化能随变质程度提高呈"倒V型",在R_r=1.35%附近活化能达到最高,之后活化能降低,但总体差异不大。
According to the individual coal's rank and coke's ash catalytic index model( MBI,MMCI),select 9 kinds of individual coke and take broken powder below 0. 2 mm,which bring to STA( Simultaneous thermal analyzer) for high temperature reaction test. The result showed that as the coal rank rising,coke reactivity has a obvious decreased trend, which mainly related to optical microstructure of coke,the calculation of reaction activation energy indicated a "reverse V"with the rank rising,and R_r= 1. 35% reach the highest value,but the difference is little overall.
