钢铁企业环保型料场贮存方式的特点及比较 被引量:8

摘要 在钢铁企业中,目前广泛使用的露天料场影响环境、浪费资源,所采用的洒水抑尘、喷洒抑尘剂、防风网抑尘这三种环保技术已不能满足环保需求,封闭式料场是今后原料贮存的发展趋势。介绍了半封闭式方形料场(B型)、全封闭式方形料场(C型)、全封闭式圆形料场(D型)和圆筒仓(E型)四种封闭式料场的贮存模式、堆取设备和作业方式,并比较了其工艺技术。四种环保型封闭料场各有优缺点,钢铁企业应根据自身的物料品种、现有工艺、投资等进行综合比较,选择合适的贮存方式。宝钢通过封闭式料场改造,矿石损耗率将由0.66%降为0.36%以下,煤损耗率将由0.33%降为0.18%以下,粉尘无组织排放控制在1.0 mg/m3以内。 The open-air stock yard currently extensively used by iron and steel enterprises is denounced because it affects the environment and wastes resources. Suppressing dust by watering,spraying dust suppressant and using windproof net, the three main environmental protection technologies applied by open-air stock yard,can no longer satisfy environmental protection demand and closed stock yard is the development tendency raw material storage in the future. The storage modes,operating equipments and operating types of four closed stock yards,namely the semi-closed square stock yard( B type),the totally closed square stock yard( C type),the totally closed round stock yard( D type) and the tower silo( E type) were mainly introduced, and the process technologies of those stock yards were compared as well. The above four environmental-friendly closed stock yards had both advantages and disadvantages,thus iron and steel enterprises should select the right storage way according to their material types,current technologies,investment etc.After the reconstruction of closed stock yard,the ore wastage rate will be reduced from 0. 66% to less than 0. 36%,the coal wastage rate will be decreased from 0. 33% to under 0. 18% and the fugitive emission of dust will be controlled within 1. 0 mg / m3.
