摘要 以宁波周公宅水库为例,对水库洪水预报调度系统的网络化架构进行了设计,提出了解决问题的原型系统,实现了模型具有计算基础数据配置维护、实时水雨情工情数据自动跟踪、降雨预报、水库入库流量预报、水库防洪调度和调度方案管理等功能,研发了具有广泛适应性和较强通用性洪水管理模板,提高了洪水预报整体水平.其信息系统可为其他水库的相关管理应用提供参考. Based on the case of Zhougongzhai Reservoir in Ningbo, the network architecture of flood predicting and dispatching system is designed, and the prototype system is also put forward in targeted way, which makes the model available of many functions, such as calculation data configuration and maintenance, real-time rainfall regime data automatic tracking, rainfall prediction, reservoir flow prediction, reservoir flood control scheduling and dispatching plan management. A flood management model, with wide adaptability and strong versatility, is also developed to improve the overall level of flood forecast. The information system provides a management reference for other reservoirs.
