摘要
以诸暨市五泄江生态走廊(钟娄桥至小江堰段)养护具体做法为例,提出生态堤防工程管护应完善基础设施的配套,调整不合理的生态绿化带,明确生态堤防管护范围,拓宽管护资金使用面等,奖惩结合,做好宣传教育工作,以确保生态堤防的专业养护与经济建设相状相适应,充分发挥堤防工程的综合效益.
Based on the case of Wuxiejiang Maintenance Project in Zhuji, some proposals and countermeasures on ecological embankment management and protection are put forward, including how to perfect infrastructure supporting, how to adjust unreasonable green belts, how to use the specific fund and how to regulate embankment management, in order to give full play to comprehensive benefit of the embankment engineering, therefore, to meet the requirements of the economic development.
