摘要
通过试验阐述了聚羧酸减水剂品种(丙烯酸系和马来酸系)对混凝土电通量、内部相对湿度以及失水率的影响,并通过压汞分析研究了减水剂对混凝土微观结构的影响.结果表明:掺有丙烯酸系减水剂的混凝土抵抗氯离子的渗透能力高于掺有马来酸系减水剂混凝土,其内部相对湿度降低速率高于马来酸系减水剂混凝土以及失水速率低于马来酸系减水剂混凝土.压汞分析结果表明掺有丙烯酸系减水剂混凝土微观结构较密实,孔隙率较低,孔径较小.
The influence of different polycarboxylate superplasticizer on permeability of concrete and its mechanism was carried out in view of poor related research at the current. The influences of polycarboxylate superplasticizer (acrylic and maleic acid system) on electric flux, internal relative humidity and water loss rate were studied. Meanwhile, the microstructure of concrete affected by polycarboxylate superplasticizer was researched by mercury analysis testing instruments. The results show that the penetration ability resistance to chloride ion of concrete adding the acrylic acid superplasticizer is higher than that of mixed with maleic acid series superplasticizer, and the internal relative humidity decrease rate is higher than that of maleic acid series superplasticizer concrete, and its water loss rate is lower than the maleic acid superplasticizer in concrete. Mercury analysis results showed that the microstructure of concrete mixed with acrylic acid superplasticizer is more compact, lower porosity and smaller pore size.
