志愿者参与社区志愿服务的动机及行为分析

Analysis on the motivation and behavior of volunteers participating incommunity volunteer service

志愿者的动机是影响志愿者参与社区志愿服务的重要因素,反映了志愿者参与服务的价值取向。以莆田市S社区志愿者为研究对象,发现志愿者参与社区志愿服务的动机有社会责任型、精神满足型、人际交往型、盲目从众型和个人利益型,性别、年龄、收入状况、婚姻状况及家庭支持状况影响志愿者参与服务的意愿及取向。为引导志愿者确立合理的志愿服务动机,在行动上积极参与社区志愿服务,要加强志愿服务理念的宣传,建立激励机制,激发内在动力,科学设计志愿服务项目,引领社区志愿组织从"他组织"到"自组织"发展。

The motivation of the volunteers is an important factor that influences the volunteers＇ participation in community volunteer service,and it also reflects the value orientation of the volunteer service.Taking Putian S community volunteers as the research subject,it found that volunteers＇ participation in community volunteer service results from social responsibility,spiritual satisfaction,interpersonal communication,blind conformity and individual interest;gender,age,income,marital status and family support have great influence on their willingness and orientation.To guide the volunteers to establish a reasonable voluntary service motivation,active participation in the community volunteer service,we should strengthen the concept of voluntary service,establish the incentive mechanism to stimulate the internal motivation,design the scientific volunteer service projects,thus leading the community volunteer organization from passive organization to active organization.
