城市区域发展政策评价指标遴选与处理方法探析——基于珠三角的调查个案的研究

Discussion on Index Selection and Standardized Method on Evaluation System of City Regional Development:A Case Study on the Pearl River Delta Region

本文基于珠三角的个案进行实证研究,在原始数据和原始调查数据的统计结果分析的基础上,比较指标各种不同标准化方法对综合评价结果的影响,并对指标对标准化方法的相对有效性进行测度来进行指标标准化方法的优选,通过实证分析得到相应的最逼近理想性质的指标标准化结论。在此基础上,进一步探讨指标遴选的合理的数理统计方式。

This paper chooses the Pearl River Delta Region as a case stndy, based on empirical analysis and fre-quency statistics of the initial data, this stndy compares of influence, validity and reliability of different standardizedmethods on the comprehensive evaluation results. According to the results, the paper chooses the optimal standard-ized method. On the basis of the optimal standardized method, this paper exploes the reasonable statistical method to select evaluation indicators.
