青少年诚信品德的培育路径探析

诚信品德既是个体内在价值的集中体现,也是对个体进行外在评价的重要参照。青少年正处于世界观、人生观、价值观形成的关键时期,多措并举地培育青少年的诚信品德,对他们品德的塑造和社会行为的养成意义重大。培育青少年诚信品德的内容主要有:加强诚信理论教育,强化诚信意识;创设诚信环境,培养情感体验;加强传统文化教育,坚定诚信信念;注重诚信践行,磨砺诚信意志;规范行为约束,激励诚信行为。

Faith morality is not only the concentrated presentation of individuals＇ internal value, but also the important reference for people to conduct external assessment on individuals. Teenagers are living in the critical period in which their views on the world, life and values are formed. We should cultivate their faith morality through various approaches, which is significant to the development of their morality and social behaviors. We can cultivate teenagers＇ faith morality according to the following contents, including, strengthening theoretical education on faith so as to reinforce consciousness on faith, establishing environment for faith so as to develop emotional experiences,strengthening education on traditional culture so as to consolidate belief on faith, focusing on practice with faith so as to steel strong wills with faith, and regulating behaviors so as to encourage behaviors with faith.
