On the People-orientation of College Tutors' Approaches in Ideological and Political Education

高校辅导员思想政治教育方法直接关系到思想政治教育活动的效果,因此需强调"人本"理念。高校辅导员必须结合新情况,运用和发展思想政治教育的沟通方法、教学启发方法、熏陶方法和管理方法,渗透和谐育人的理念,构筑师生平等的交流平台,强化启发式的育人方式,整合多元的感化力量,发掘学生的潜能,从而实现高校思想政治教育实施方法的改革与创新。

College tutors＇ approaches are directly related to the effects of ideological and political education activities. Therefore, we should stress the idea of ＂people-orientation＂. When conducting ideological and political education, the tutors must, adjusting to new situations,apply and develop new communication methods, enlightenment methods, edification methods, and management methods for ideological and political education, so as to make the idea of harmonious education penetrate the course. They should establish equal communication platforms between teachers and students, strengthen enlightenment method, integrate affective forces, and develop students＇ potential competence, so as to realize the reform and innovation of education method for ideological and political education in universities.
