摘要
目的:分析健美操运动员在服用运动营养补剂后,机体中乳酸脱氢酶与肌酸激酶的变化情况。方法:以郑州师范学院、郑州大学、郑州大学体育学院的160例健美操运动员作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为观察和对照两组。观察组80例,采用服用运动营养补剂后进行训练,对照组80例,进行常规的体能训练。对两组的乳酸脱氢酶和肌酸激酶的影响进行分析比较。结果:对照组优秀12例,良好29例,一般39例,优良率为51.3%,明显低于观察组的优为97.5%;差异具有显著性(P<0.05);在乳酸脱氢酶和肌酸激酶浓度比较中,观察组明显优于对照组,具有差异性(P<0.05)。补给后观察组血清HL水平相比C组均有明显升高(P<0.05),HE组与H组相比明显降低(P<0.05);观察组LPL、Apo CⅡ相比于对照组明显降低(P<0.05),说明运动补给可以使血清LPL、Apo CⅡ显著增高,HL明显下降,从而达到调价脂代谢的目的。结论健美操运动员在运用运动营养补剂后,能够通过对乳酸脱氢酶和肌酸激酶浓度降低,从而调节运动员的精神状态,增加爆发力与柔韧度,使体能得以快速恢复。
Objective: To analyze the changes of lactate dehydrogenase and creatine kinase in aerobics athletes after taking sports nutrition supplements. Methods: 160 cases of aerobics athletes from Zhengzhou Normal University, Zhengzhou University and Zhengzhou Sport University were selected as research object and randomly divided into Observation Group (n = 80 ) and Control Group ( n = 80 ). The Observation Group had physical training 'after taking the nutrition supplements while the Control Group carried out training without supplement. An analysis and comparison was made on the effects of the supplement on the lactate dehydrogenase and creatine kinase. Results:in the Control Group, the level was excellent in 12 cases, good in 29 cases, general in 39 cases, the excellent and good rate was 51.3%, significantly lower than the Observation Group's 97.5% ; the difference was significant (P 〈0.05) ; in the comparison of lactate dehydrogenase and creatine kinase concentrations, the Observation Group was significantly better than the Control Group (P 〈 0.05). Serum HL level of observation group after supplement was significantly higher than Control group were (P 〈 0.05), HE and H were obviously lower than those in the Observation Group (P 〈 0.05 ) ; LPL, ApoC II compared to the Control Group decreased significantly ( P 〈 0.05), explained that the movement supply can make the serum LPL, ApoC II significantly increased and HL significantly reduced, thus to achieve lhe purpose of regulating lipid metabolism. Conclusions :The aerobics athletes by taking sports nutrition supplements can reduce the concentration of lactate dehydrogenase and creatine kinase, thereby regulating the athlete 's flexibility and thus making physieal ability
