陕西高职院校专业设置同质化倾向研究——以交通运输大类专业为例

The Research of Professional Settings' Homogenization tendency in Shanxi Vocational Colleges: Take Transportation Major as an Example

文章通过对陕西省6所高职院校中开设交通运输大类中铁道运输类和城市轨道交通类专业的设置进行相关研究,发现这些院校专业设置有同质化倾向,不利于学校人才培养和可持续发展。针对这种现象,笔者从铁路运输行业和城市轨道运输行业的人才需求出发,在剖析危害的基础上提出了科学定位以避免专业设置同质化的出路。

This article deeply researched the professional settings in railway transportation major and urban rail transit major of 6 vocational school in Shanxi Province. It discovered the homogenization tendency of professional settings. Also, this tendency is not conducive to the school personnel training and sustainable development. In response to this phenomenon, the author full considered the talent demand in the industry of railway transport and urban rail transportation. Based on analysis of hazards, it proposed the way of avoiding professional settings homogenization by scientific orientation.
