A Brief Exploration on Construction of University Archives Resources

论文从加强档案资源建设意义出发,结合实际了谈了加强档案建设的几种方式和开发利用档案资源的途径,阐释了档案资源建设作为档案工作的基础性工作,是开发利用档案资源的前提,是档案工作服务学校和社会的基本保障。因此,不论是高校的自身建设还是社会发展需要,都对高校档案资源的数量、质量和结构提出了新要求。

Starting from the significance of enhancing archive resources＂ construction, the essay, combining practice, stated approaches to consolidate files＇construction and access to exploit, utilize archive resources. The statement of archives＂ resource construction serves as the basic work is the premise to exploit and utilize archive resource, the basic guarantee serving universities and socie- ties. Hence, no matter for university construction or social development, they both raised new request of quantity, quality and structure of university＇s file resources.
