摘要
心室隔离装置Parachute是经皮微创植入的左心室减容装置。该装置的目的是治疗前降支梗死后心力衰竭,通过植入该装置改变左心室几何形状及容积,提高心功能,该装置的安全性和有效性已经得到了确认。
The ventricular partitioning device Parachute is s an innovative device implanted in the left ventricle to reduce the volume and pressure, which can improve heart function and help patients reduce symptoms. The Parachute system for percutaneous ventricular restoration （PVR） was safe and effective in clinical practice.
