Latest research progress on the safety of statins

摘要 他汀类药物在心脑血管疾病预防中具有重要地位，其临床应用越来越广泛，安全性也越来越受到重视。2012年美国食品药物管理局（FDA）发布他汀类药物说明书需要修改的告示。2013年中国食品药品监督总局（CFDA）发布修订他汀类药品说明书通知，提醒中国医生和患者关注他汀安全性。
