阵发性睡眠性血红蛋白尿11年后发生慢性粒细胞白血病1例报告

摘要 1病历资料 患者男,63岁,2002年因“间断性茶色尿3个月”为主诉收入院。血常规:白细胞(WBC)3.8×10^9L,血红蛋白(Hh)72g/L,血小板(PLT)21×10^9/L,网织红细胞(Ret)0.6%。骨髓形态学:骨髓增生活跃,红系增生减低(10%)。Coombs试验阴性,Ham试验阳性,蔗糖溶血试验阳性,尿Rous试验阳性。
