摘要 目的:探讨EF—Tumt及EF—Tsmt在颞叶内侧癫痫患者脑组织的表达。方法:选取2013年1月~2015年1月湖南省脑科医院神经外科住院进行前颞叶切除手术治疗的颞叶内侧癫痫患者62例作为病例组,选取同期本院神经外科住院治疗的48例脑外伤患者作为对照组,检测两组EF—Tumt及EF—Tsmt并进行比较。结果:本研究通过电镜观察发现病例组及对照组颞叶内侧脑组织线粒体和胞浆中都可以看到EF—Tumt蛋白阳性表达颗粒、EF—Tsmt蛋白阳性表达颗粒,而且病例组EFTumt蛋白阳性表达颗粒及EF—Tsmt蛋白阳性表达颗粒数量均高于对照组(均P〈0.05);通过光镜观察发现病例组及对照组颞叶内侧脑组织颞叶神经元和胶质细胞中都可以看到EF—Tumt蛋白阳性细胞、EF—Tsmt蛋白阳性细胞,而且病例组EF—Tumt蛋白阳性细胞及EF—Tsmt蛋白阳性细胞数量均高于对照组(均P〈0.05)。结论:颞叶内侧癫痫患者EF—Tumt、EF—Tsmt表达量高于非癫痫患者,EF—Tumt、EF—Tsmt在颞叶内侧癫痫中有着重要的作用。 Objective: To explore the expression of EF-Tumt and EF-Tsmt in brain tissue of patients with mesial temporal lobe epilepsy. Methods:Sixty-two patients with mesial temporal lobe epilepsy who were treated by anterior temporal lobe resection in the Department of neurosurgery from January 2013 to January 2015 were selected, and 48 cases of brain injury patients treated by Department of neurosurgery in the same period were selected as the control group. The EF-Tumt and EF- Tsmt of the two groups were detected and compared. Results:The expression of EF-Tumt protein positive expression and EF- Tsmt protein positive expression in the brain tissue of the patients and the control group were observed by electron microscope. The expression of EF-Tumt protein and EF-Tsmt protein expression in the case group were significantly higher than that in the control group(both P〈0.05). EF-Tumt positive cells and EF-Tsmt positive cells were seen in the temporal lobe neurons and glial cells, and the number of EF-Tumt positive cells and EF-Tsmt positive cells were significantly higher than those in the con trol group(both P〈0.05). Conclusion . The expression of EF-Tsmt and EF-Tumt in patients with mesial temporal lobe epilepsy is higher than that of non epileptic patients. EF-Tsmt and EF-Tumt have important functions in the mesial temporal lobe epilepsy.
