摘要
目的:观察子痫前期(preeclampsia,PE)孕妇血清超敏c反应蛋白(hs—CRP)、热休克蛋白70(Hsp70)及髓过氧化物酶(MPO)的变化及临床意义。方法:选取河北省石家庄市妇幼保健院2013年1月~2014年3月收治的轻度及重度PE孕妇各30例,检测其血清hs—CRP、Hsp70及MPO水平变化,并分析其与子痫病程的关系,同时检测脂代谢相关指标;设同期健康晚期妊娠孕妇30例为对照组,进行对照分析。结果:轻、重度子痫前期患者血清hs—CRP、Hsp70及MPO水平均明显高于对照组(P〈0.05);重度子痫前期患者hs—CRP、Hsp70及MPO水平均明显高于轻度组及对照组(P〈0.05);中、重度子痫前期组TC、TG、LDL—C均明显高于对照组(P〈0.05),HDL-C水平明显低于对照组(P〈0.05);重度组患者TC、TG水平明显高于轻度组(P〈O.05),LCL—C、HDL—C水平比较差异无统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:PE孕妇均存在不同程度的脂代谢异常,hs—CRP、Hsp70及MPO共同参与PE发病,PE孕妇检测hs—CRP、Hsp70及MPO水平可有准确反映PE病情。
Objective: To observe the clinical significance and changes in hs-CRP, Hsp70, and MPO levels of patients with preeclampsia (PE). Methods: A total of 60 pregnant women with mild and severe PE who were admitted in our hospital from January, 2013 to March, 2014 were included in the study and divided into the mild group and the severe group with 30 cases in each group. The levels of serum hs-CRP, Hsp70, and MPO were detected, and their relations with PE were analyzed. The lipid metabolism related indicators were meanwhile detected. A total of 30 healthy later pregnant women at the same stage were served as the control group for comparative analysis. Results: The levels of serum hs-CRP, Hsp70, and MPO in the mild and severe PE group were significantly higher than control group. The levels of serum hs-CRP, Hsp70, and MPO in the severe PE group were significantly higher than mild PE group. The levels of TC, TG, and LDL-C in the mild and severe PE group were significantly higher than control group, while HDL-C level was significantly lower than control group. The levels of TC and TG in the severe group were significantly higher than mild group. But the comparison of HDL-C and LDL-C was not sta- tistically significant. Oonclusions.. Abnormal lipid metabolism of different degrees exists in pregnant women with PE. hs-CRP, Hsp70, and MPO are all involved in the pathogenesis of PE. Detection of hs-CRP, Hsp70, and MPO levels in pregnant women with PE can accurately reflect the condition of PE.
