微量元素及免疫指标与复发性口腔溃疡的关系研究

Study on the relationship between the trace elements,immune indexes and recurrent oral ulcer

目的:探讨及研究微量元素及免疫指标与复发性口腔溃疡的关系。方法:选取本院收治的65例复发性口腔溃疡患者,其均符合本次研究对象需求,将其作为观察组,并选取同时间段的65例健康人员为对照组,比较两组血清微量元素、细胞免疫以及红细胞免疫状态指标,研究微量元素及免疫指标同复发性口腔溃疡存在的关系。结果:观察组的血清Zn、Se及Fe均低于对照组,Cu/Zn高于对照组,细胞免疫及红细胞免疫状态相关指标均差于对照组,重型复发性口腔溃疡者的检测结果差于轻型及疱疹型,疱疹型则差于轻型患者,经Logistic分析研究指标均与复发性口腔溃疡有密切的关系,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复发性口腔溃患者存在明显的微量元素及免疫指标异常,疾病与上述指标有密切的关系。

Objective： To investigate and study the relationship between the trace elements,immune indexes and recurrent oral ulcer. Methods：A total of 65 patients with recurrent oral ulcer treated in our hospital were enrolled as observation group and 65 healthy volunteers were selected as the control group. Serum trace elements, cellular immunity and red blood cell immune status, the relationship between trace elements and immune index were studied and compared between the two groups. Results：The serum Zn,Se and Fe of observation group were all lower than those of control group, the Cu/Zn was higher than that of control group,the cellular immunity and erythrocyte immunity state related indexes were all worse than those of control group. Indexes of patients with severe recurrent oral ulcer were all worse than those of patients with light and herpes type recurrent oral ulcer, and the relationship between the research indexes and recurrent oral ulcer were close according to Logistic analyse （P all〈0.05）. Conclusion：The trace elements and immune indexes of patients with recurrent oral ulcer are significant different from those of healthy people indicating these indexes are closely correlated with the disease.
