高危型HPV检测联合TCT在宫颈癌筛查中的应用分析

High risk HPV testing and TCT test in cervical cancer screening

目的探讨高危型人乳头瘤病毒（HPV）检测联合液基波层细胞学（TCT）技术在宫颈癌筛查中的临床价值。方法选取2014年5月～2015年5月我院收治的疑似宫颈癌癌前病变女性1000例为研究对象，分别应用HPV检测联合TCT进行筛查及传统宫颈涂片进行筛查。同时对其宫颈病变处进行组织活检。结果HPV检测联合TCT筛查的细胞学检查阳性率与组织活检病理学阳性率相符度显著高于传统宫颈涂片筛查的结果，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论HPV检测联合TCT可显著提高早期宫颈癌筛查准确率，临床应用价值较高。

Objective To explore the high risk human papilloma virus （HPV） detection, liquid base layer cytology （TCT） technology in the clinical value of cervical cancer screening. Methods Select 1000 suspected cases of cervical cancer and precancerous lesions in women, screening HPV testing combined with TCT respectively, and the traditional cervical smear screening. While the object of study of 1000 patients with cervical lesions for biopsy. Results HPV testing combined with TCT screen blood cells positive rate consistent with the positive rate of biopsy pathology was significantly higher than that of the traditional cervical smear screening result, it has a significant difference between the groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion HPV testing combined with TCT can significantly improve the accuracy of early cervical cancer screening and clinical application of higher value.
