垂体后叶素与缩宫素在肌壁间子宫肌瘤剔除术中的应用效果

Effect of pituitary vasopressin and oxytocin in the removal of uterine leiomyoma

目的比较腹腔镜肌壁间子宫肌瘤剔除术中应用垂体后叶素及缩宫素的效果。方法选取2015年1月～6月在我院行腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除手术的患者68例为研究对象，将其随机分为观察组和对照组，各34例。对照组术中给予缩宫素治疗，观察组给予垂体后叶素治疗。结果观察组手术时间及术中出血量均明显减少、术后血红蛋白下降幅度较小，与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组用药后舒张压及收缩压均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论在行腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术前使用垂体后叶素进行预处理是一种值得信赖的方法，且安全可靠，值得临床应用。

Objective To observe the effect of pituitrin and oxytocin in the application of myomectomy. Methods The clinical data of 68 patients who underwent myomectomy in our hospital during January 2015 and June 2015 were collected,they were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group and the control group, each in 34 cases.The patients in control group were treated with oxytocin,the patients in observation group were treated with pituitrin. Results The operation time and blood loss of the observation group were significantly shorter than that in the control group（P〈0.05）; the decrease of hemoglobin after operation in observation group were smaller than that of control group（P〈0.05）. The diastolic pressure and systolic pressure after the medication of the observation group were higher than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In myomectomy combined use of pituitrin curative effect and worthy of clinical use.
