摘要 目的探讨凋亡调节基因Fas(Fattyacidsynthase,Fas)、C-myc(Cellularhomologuemyelocytomatosisofavianviresoncogene,C-myc)在子宫内膜异位症(Endometriosis,EM)发病中的作用。方法选取2012年1月~2014年12月我院EM患者(处于增生期的异住内膜及在位内膜与处于分泌期的异位内膜及在位内膜各62例)124例和非EM患者(处于增生期的宫内膜与处于分泌期的宫内膜各80例)160例。采用免疫组化Envision法检测凋亡调节基因Fas、C-myc的表达情况。结果Fas在EM患者的异位内膜、在位内膜低表达,而在非EM患者的宫内膜高表达;C-myc在EM患者的异位内膜、在位内膜高表达,而在非EM患者的宫内膜不表达。差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论凋亡调节基因Fas、C-myc的差异表达,可能与EM的发生、发展密切相关。 Objective To explore the roles of apoptosis regulation gene Fas and C-myc in the pathogenesis of endometriosis(EM). Methods Collecting 124 eases of EM patients(Ectopic endometrium and ectopic endometrium in the proliferative phase and in the secretory phase 62 cases each)and 160 cases of non EM patients(endometrium in the proliferative phase and in the secretory phase 80 cases each). Results The expression level of Fas in ectopic and eutopic endometrium in EM was lower than that in non EM group,but the expression level of C-myc was higher than that of non EM group(P〈0.05).Conclusion The differential expression of Fas and C-myc may be closely related to the occurrence and development of EM,which might be expected to provide a new way for the treatment of EM.
