临床医学专业学位硕士研究生教育主要以培养高层次应用型临床医师为目标,其核心是提高研究生的临床技能力。但目前的考核体系中存在的问题影响了研究生临床能力的培养。通过分析现存临床医学专业学位研究生考核系中存在的问题,本研究强调建立系统的临床医学专业学位研究生考核体系的必要性,提出了构建考核体系的建议。

The target of clinical medicine degree graduate education is mainly to train high-level application-oriented clinicians. Its core is to improve the clinical skills and competence of graduate students. But the problems in present assessment system affect the cnldvation of graduates＇ clinical competence. Through the analysis of the existing problems of the assessment system for clinical medicine graduates,the study stresses the necessity to establish comprehensive assessment system and puts forward suggested solutions for the establishment of the assessment system.
