基于有限元的流道出口胶料速率均匀性分析

摘要 胶料熔体在流道出口沿宽度方向上速率的均匀性是保证挤出制品品质的重要因素,在已优化的流道结构基础上研究胶料在流道出口速率均匀性的影响因素。利用Fluent流体动力学软件进行模拟,改变工艺参数,分析速度场、应力场、压力场的分布。结果表明,胎面胶料黏度减小或入口压力增大均会引起流道出口中间的速率偏大;而温度的改变对流道出口速率均匀性影响不明显。 It is important for the quality of tire products to ensure the velocity uniformity of tire compounds along the width at the outlet of flow channel during extrusion. In order to investigate the influential factor of the velocity uniformity based on the optimized flow channel structure, the velocity, wall shear stress, and pressure fields are analyzed by a numerical simulation with CFD software Fluent. It showed that the velocity uniformity at the outlet was influenced by the viscosity and pressure of the tire compounds, but hardly affected by the change of temperature.
