摘要
采用UV^2A技术的像素较之MVA,其穿透率可以提升20%,这意味着UV^2A技术可以大幅度降低系统功耗及背光成本。采用光配向技术,开发了165cm(65in)UHD液晶面板,其具备出色的显示性能,比如全视角,更快的响应时间,超高的对比度等等。采用Cs-Swing八畴技术,进一步降低了色偏现象。采用网状结构的Cs线设计,降低了其电阻电容信号延迟。开发了一种新型的hG-2D像素结构及其驱动电路,解决了65in UHD面板在120 Hz驱动下充电时间严重不足的难题。
The pixel transmittance will increase over 20% by using UV2A technology, compared with MVA. This means that the UV2A results in reduction of power consumption and component for the back-light unit of LCD-TV. We have successfully developed 165 cm(65 in) UHD TFT-LCD panel u- sing UV2A technology, which shows excellent optical performance, such as omni viewing angle, fas- ter response time, ultra-high contrast ratio, etc. Cs-Swing 8-domain technology was adopted to fur- ther reduce the color shift. Cs lines with mesh structure were designed, in order to reduce the RC de- lay of Cs lines. We also developed a new hG-2D pixel structure with a new driving scheme to solve the problem of charging time shortage in 65 in panel with UHD resolution at 120 Hz.
