一种快速成型用改性酚醛树脂的合成研究

摘要 按照成熟的酚醛树脂反应理论,在常规酚醛树脂的基础上,通过引入双酚A等有机物进行改性,对醛酚摩尔比、反应时间、催化剂种类、反应温度等不同的影响因素进行了研究。研发出了一种硬透性好、快速硬化并且适合快速成型打印使用的改性酚醛树脂。 According to the mature reaction mechanism ofphenolic resin, based on conventional phenolic resin, modified by the introduction of bisphenol A and other organic materials, different influence factors of the reaction time, molar ratio of phenol and formaldehyde, catalyst type, reaction temperature were researched. A modified furan resin was developed, which featured with overall hardening characteristics, rapid hardening property and good fitness for rapid prototyping.
