采用消失模工艺生产拖拉机牵引架铸钢件

Production of the Tractor Traction Frame Steel Castings by Using Lost Foam Process

为降低生产成本,实现消失模工艺生产铸钢件,进行了工艺试验。通过选用白模材料、合适的发泡密度,合理设计浇注系统并对浇注系统进行烧空,检测铸件的不同部位成分,降低钢液的碳含量等措施,生产出了符合工艺技术要求的牵引架铸钢件。

To reduce production cost and realize the production of steel casting by using of lost foam casting process, the process tests were carried out. By adopting the measures such as selecting the white mold materials and the suitable foaming density, choosing rational pouring system design and burning empty of the pouring system, testing component of casting different parts, reducing the carbon content of molten steel, traction frame steel castings were produced, which meet the requirements of the technical requirements.
