摘要
民国时期,我国政府积极发展学术制度,学术休假制度开始引入国立大学,大学教师普遍认可这一制度。通过梳理学术休假制度文本内容和休假教师群体的实践取向,发现其认同机理有三:一是学术休假制度的制定和大学教师的选择以学术本位为价值导向;二是学术本位为导向的学术休假制度设计逻辑契合了国家、大学和教师的共同利益;三是以充电释放为作用机理的学术休假制度满足了教师发展学术和调整身心的双重诉求。
With the support of the national government, the sabbatical leave system was introduced to national universities and was generally accepted by the faculty in the Republic of China (1912-1949). Based on the text analysis of sabbatical leave system and the practical orientation of sabbatical faculty, the paper reveals three identity mechanisms as follows: 1)the sabbatical leave system and the choice of faculty was academic-oriented; 2) the design logic of sabbatical leave system conformed to the common benefits of state, university and faculty; 3)the sabbatical leave system met the dual demands of faculty for both physical and mental adjustment and academic development.
