知识产权保护强度对组织创新能力影响的实证研究——基于阈值回归模型的数据分析

An Empirical Study on the Relationship between Strength of IPR Protection and Organization Innovation Capability——Based on the Threshold Regression Model Analysis

我国现阶段,区域间与组织间发展不平衡,知识产权保护程度的强弱对组织创新的影响也不同。借助阈值回归模型,研究检验知识产权保护强度在强、中、弱三种状态下对组织创新的不同影响。通过对289家各类组织有效调查数据进行分析,发现在强保护与弱保护情况下,知识产权保护对组织创新能力起负面作用;在中等保护情况下,知识产权保护对组织创新起积极作用。研究结果表明,知识产权保护强度与组织创新能力的关系是非单调的。

On the present stage, the economic development is quite unbalanced among the inter - area and inter -organization. With the help of threshold regression model, the paper investigated the influences on the organization innovation when the 1PR protection is weak, medium and strong respectively. Surveying 289 organizations, we found that IPR protection has positive relationship on the organization innovation capability at the medium protection level, and negative relationships at strong and weak protection levels. In short, there is a non - monotonic relationship between the strength of IPR protection and organization innovation capability.
