摘要 异质性知识对企业核心能力和创新绩效有重要影响。通过文献回顾,系统阐述异质性知识的概念内涵以及企业内外部异质性知识的交互关系,剖析异质性知识对企业创新绩效的直接作用与间接效应、促进作用与负面影响,为全面客观地认识异质性知识对企业创新绩效的影响提供辨证思考。在此基础上提出可测量的异质性知识促进企业创新绩效的研究框架,并对未来的研究给出展望,为更深入的理论与实证研究奠定基础,也为企业创新实施异质性知识组合战略实践提供借鉴参考。 Heterogeneous knowledge (HK) source is playing a very important role in enterprise core competence and innovation performance. On the basis of literature review, this paper discusses the concept connotation and calculation methods of HK, illustrates the interaction relationship between internal and external HK on enterprise innovation, and analyzes the direct and indirect effects, positive and negative influence of HK on firm innovative performance. Then the paper constructs a conceptual and measurable model framework in which HK facilitates firms to innovate, and proposes the tendency of future research. As a result, this study not only lays foundations for further theory and empirical study, but also provides the references for the strategy of enterprise' s innovation.
