摘要
我国汽车零部件行业的发展严重落后于整车,大部分零部件市场被外资品牌长期占据,与国外系统化、细致化的管理方法来比,我国还存在很大的差距,特别是在项目管理的风险防控方面。通过识别出来的5种影响汽车零部件项目的风险因素,找到在管理中存在的问题;根据存在的问题建立一种全新的解决方法并提出相应的解决方案,使项目风险降到最低。
Chinese car parts industry development seriously lagged behind that of the whole car, most car parts market dominated by foreign brand for a long time. Compared with the systematic and detailed management methods, there were still deep disparities between our country and abroad, especially in the aspect of prevention and control of project management risk. In this paper, the problems existing in the management were found on the basis of five risk factors which were identified impacting the car parts project. A new solution method was established according to the problems to decrease project risks to minimum.
