摘要
根据10多年来我国电子政务的发展脉络,探讨新时期对电子政务提出的新要求。基于《联合国电子政务调查报告》近年来的数据,深入分析我国电子政务从国际排名到各项指标变化的国际发展形势,并探讨提高我国电子政务国际水平的改进措施。最后从电子政务标杆规范、政府服务平台、网络参与和数字鸿沟4个方面展望新时期我国电子政务的发展方向。
First, new requirements for e - government in the new period are investigated according to China e - government development context in recent ten years. Second, China e - government international situation is analyzed from e - government global ranking to the indicators changes based on the report of United Nations E - government Survey, and the improved measures are discussed to enhance China e - government international level. At last, e - government development direction is prospected in the fields of e - government benchmarking and standard, government service platform, e - participation, and digital divide.
