钢-竹组合箱形短柱力学性能研究 被引量:13

RESEARCH ON MECHANICAL PERFORMANCE OF STEEL-BAMBOO COMPOSITE BOX SHORT COLUMN

摘要 为研究钢-竹组合箱形短柱的力学性能,制作8组16个钢-竹组合柱试件,以截面尺寸、钢板厚度、有无螺钉以及螺钉间距为参数,进行轴心受压试验,观测不同参数下组合柱钢板和竹板的荷载-应变关系以及破坏特征,得到组合柱的延性系数、屈服承载力以及极限承载力,并根据组合柱钢材和竹材的荷载-应变关系,提出组合柱屈服承载力计算公式。研究结果表明:钢-竹组合箱形短柱具有良好的力学性能,截面尺寸和钢板厚度对组合柱的承载力和延性有明显的影响;是否打螺钉以及螺钉间距对组合柱承载力及延性的影响不明显,布置螺钉能够有效抑制组合柱受力过程中竹材的凸屈,提出的组合柱屈服承载力计算结果与试验值吻合良好。 To study the mechanical properties of the steel-bamboo composite box short columns,8 sets of 16 composite short column specimens were made with section dimension,steel plate thickness,screw and screw spacing as the parameters,axial compression tests were done,the load-strain relation and the failure mode of composite columns under different parameters were observed,and yield capacity and limit capacity of composite column were got. According to the load-strain relationship of steel and bamboo in the composite column,the theoretical calculation formula of the yield capacity was proposed. The results showed that the steel-bamboo composite box short columns had good mechanical properties; the section size and steel plate thickness had significant influence on the bearing capacity and ductility of composite columns; whether to use the screw and its spacing did not affect the bearing capacity and ductility of the composite column,but it can obviously restrain the convex bending of bamboo when the specimen was loaded; the theoretical calculation results were in agreement with the experimental values.
