摘要
针对我国目前砂石骨料资源短缺的现状,在试验的基础上充分利用石材开采过程中产生的废弃石屑来代替水泥基材料中的天然砂,通过改变代替天然砂的石屑掺量进行试验,对比分析不同掺量对试件强度的影响,从而确定出石屑的最佳掺量约为15%,并发现对石屑进行去底和级配调整处理均可明显提高试件强度。
In order to deal with the present shortage of crushed aggregate,on the basis of enormous amount of experiments,studies on how to use chips produced during the process of quarrying to replace the natural sands used in cement-based materials. By changing the admixture amount,comparing and analyzing the effect of different admixture amounts on the strength of specimens,the optimal admixture amount of chips was determined to be about15%. The results of the study also showed that such ways like removing the chips bottom and adjusting the gradation could effectively increase the strength of the specimens.
