生物活性玻璃与铒激光联合脱敏对牙本质与纳米树脂粘结强度的影响 被引量:1

The effect of bioactive glass combined with Er laser desensitizing treatment on the bond strength of nanometer resin to dentin

摘要 目的:研究生物活性玻璃与铒激光联合脱敏对牙本质纳米树脂粘结强度的影响。方法:55个离体牙去除牙合面釉质暴露浅层牙本质,用0.5 mol/L的EDTA脱矿后,随机分为5组(n=11):空白对照组(A)、生物玻璃组(B)、铒激光组(C)、生物玻璃+铒激光组(D)、铒激光+生物玻璃组(E)。脱敏后的牙本质面堆纳米树脂柱,测定样本的剪切强度,并进行统计学分析。扫描电镜观察牙本质表面形态。结果:与空白对照组相比,单独使用铒激光脱敏后样本的剪切强度无明显变化(P>0.05),其余各组剪切强度均减小(P<0.05),牙本质小管不同程度封闭。结论:铒激光脱敏不影响牙本质的粘结强度。生物活性玻璃与铒激光联合脱敏后牙本质的粘结强度降低。 AIM: To evaluate the effect of bioactive glass (BG) combined with Er laser desensitizing treat- ment on the bonding strength of dentin to nanometer resin. METHODS : The occlusal surface of 55 extracted teeth was flattened and adequate area of dentin was exposed and etched with 0.5 mol/L EDTA. The samples were randomly di- vided into 5 groups ( n = 11 ) : Group A ( without treatment as control ) , B ( treated with BG), C ( treated with Er, Cr : YSGG laser irradiation), D( BG followed by Er, Cr:YSGG laser irradiation) and E( Er, Cr:YSGG laser irradiation fol- lowed by BG). All the treated surfaces were bonded to nanometer resin. The shear bond strength was measured and da- ta was analyzed by SPASS 17. 0 statistic software. The dentin surface after treatment was observed by SEM. RESULTS : The shear bond strength did not change after Er laser irradiation ( P 〉 0.05 ) , but reduced in other groups ( P 〈 0.05 ) In the treated samples dentinal tuble orifice was blocked to some extent. CONCLUSION: The combina- tion of bioactive glass and Er laser desensitizing treatment may reduce the bond strength of dentine to nanometer resin.
