摘要
目前为止,对于需要牙髓治疗的患牙仍然面临一个怎样保护牙髓活力而不进行根管治疗的挑战。第三期牙本质的形成为活髓保存提供了可能性,本文就近年来关于第三期牙本质形成的机理和信号通路的研究作一综述。
Up - to - date dentists still face a challenge of rescue dental pulp without root canal therapy when treating pulp disease. Formation of tertiary dentin make it possible to maintain pulp vitality. This review mainly introduces the native and abroad studies of the mechanism and signal pathways during the tertiary dentin formation in recent years.
