护理工作环境量表的研制及信效度研究

The development of Nursing Work Environment Scale and its reliability and validity

目的研制1份适用于我国的护理工作环境量表。方法采用护理工作环境量表对804名临床护士进行预测试,对1621名临床护士进行正式测试,并采用SPSS和AMOS软件对问卷进行信效度分析。结果护理工作环境量表包含7个维度26个条目,解释了总变异量的69.057%,总量表的Cronbach'sα系数为0.946,分半信度为0.894;护理工作环境量表一阶多因子模型的适配度指标分别是TLI为0.919,CFI为0.930,GFI为0.900,AGFI为0.875,RMSEA为0.064。结论该护理工作环境量表具有较好的信效度,用此量表来测量我国护理工作环境是可靠的。

Objective To develop the Nursing Work Environment Scale which is suitable in Chinese context. Methods Convenience samples of 804 nurses were recruited for the pre-test and 1621 nurses were recruited for the formal test using the Nursing Work Environment Scale. Data were analyzed by SPSS and AMOS software. Results The scale which contained 7 subscales and 26 items was developed. The 7 factors ex- plained 69.057% of the total variance. The Cronbaeh＇s a coefficient was 0.946 and the split-half reliability was 0.894 for the total scale. The one-dimension,multi-factor model＇s TLI was 0.919,CFI was 0.930,AGFI was 0.900, and RMSEA was 0.064. Conclusion The reliability and validity of the scale is acceptable and it is reliable to use this scale to measure the nursing work environment in Chinese context.
