音乐对机械通气患者焦虑和生理状态影响的Meta分析

The effects of music on anxiety level and physiological responses of patients receiving mechanical ventilation:a Meta-analysis

目的评价音乐对机械通气患者焦虑和生理状态的影响。方法通过计算机检索国内外有关音乐对机械通气患者焦虑与生理状态的影响的随机对照研究。严格质量评价后,采用Rev Man 5.0软件进行分析。结果最终纳入18项研究。Meta分析结果显示:音乐干预可以缓解机械通气患者的焦虑情绪,降低心率、呼吸频率、收缩压、舒张压,并可减少机械通气的天数,对于死亡率,音乐干预未显示出优势。结论音乐干预能有效降低机械通气患者的焦虑水平,稳定患者的生理指标,减少机械通气时间,值得在临床实践中探索应用。

Objective To assess the effects of music on anxiety level and physiological responses of patients receiving mechanical ventilation. Methods A computer retrieval of electronic databases was conducted to search for randomized controlled studies comparing the sedative effects of listening music. The quality of included studies was critically evaluated and data was analyzed using RevMan 5.0 software. Results A total of 18 articles were included in the review. Meta-analyses showed that listening to music was able to relieve anxiety of mechanical ventilated pa- tients,and reduce heart rate,respiratory rate,blood pressure and duration of mechanical ventilation. Conclusion Music intervention has effects on reducing potentially harmful physiological responses arising from anxiety in mechanical ventilated patients.
