电沉积纳米晶锌镀层的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 纳米晶锌镀层具有不同于传统镀锌层的理化性质。随着晶粒尺寸的减小,其耐磨性、耐蚀性、韧性、硬度及电化学性能都将得到显著提高。介绍了碱性体系、氯化物体系、硫酸盐体系、醋酸盐体系、柠檬酸盐体系、离子液体中电沉积纳米晶锌镀层的研究进展。论述了纳米晶锌镀层的特点、典型电沉积工艺及其应用,并对脉冲电沉积纳米晶锌镀层的研究现状及其发展趋势进行了展望。 Nanocrystalline zinc coating has unique physical and chemical propertxes compared with conventional zinc coating. These properties, such as wear resistance, corrosion resistance, ductility, hardness and electrochemical properties, would significantly improved as grain size decreased. The research progress on electrodeposition of nanocrystalline zinc coating from alkaline electrolyte system, chloride electrolyte system, sulfate electrolyte system, acetate electrolyte system, citrate acid electrolyte system and ionic liquid system was introduced. The characteristics, typical electrodeposition process and applications of nanocrystalline zinc coating were overviewed, and the research status and development tendency of pulse electrodeposition of nanocrystalline zinc coating were also forecasted.
