摘要
为了增强Ni-Cr-P化学镀层的耐蚀性及镀液的稳定性,将甲酸钠、乙酸钠、柠檬酸和乳酸这四种配位剂进行复配,并对硫酸镍的质量浓度、氯化铬的质量浓度、加速剂种类、镀液pH值、温度的影响进行研究。最佳的配位剂复配方案为:甲酸钠15g/L,乙酸钠24g/L,柠檬酸13g/L,乳酸12g/L。最优基础液配方和施镀参数为:硫酸镍25g/L,氯化铬25g/L,氟化钠5g/L,pH值4.0,80°C,2h。
In order to enhance the corrosion resistance of electroless Ni-Cr-P coating and improve the stability of plating solution, sodium formate, sodium acetate, citric acid and lactic acid were mixed, and the influences on nickel sulfate mass concentration, chromium chloride mass concentration, accelerant type, plating solution pH value and temperature were investigated. The optimum compounding formula was determined as follows: sodium formate 15 g/L, sodium acetate 24 g/L, citric acid 13 g/L and lactic acid 12 g/L. And furthermore, the optimum basis solution formula and plating parameters were nickel sulfate 25 g/L, chromic chloride 25 g/L, sodium fluoride 5 g/L, pH value 4.0, plating solution temperature 80 ℃ and plating time 2 h.
