摘要 目的观察血液透析联合血液灌流对尿毒症患者β_2-微球蛋白(β_2-MG)和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平的影响。方法将我院行维持性血液透析的60例尿毒症患者随机分为两组各30例,分别采用单纯血液透析治疗(HD组),HA130树脂灌流器串联血液透析器(HP+HD组)治疗,首次透析前后和3个月后检查患者β_2-微球蛋白和超敏C反应蛋白。结果 HP+HD组首次透析后、透析3个月后β_2-MG、hs-CRP水平较透析前明显降低(P<0.05),首次透析后、透析3个月后β_2-MG、hsCRP水平与HD组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血液透析联合血液灌流可降低尿毒症患者β_2-微球蛋白和超敏C反应蛋白浓度,改善患者微炎症状态,对减少透析相关性淀粉样变等并发症和心血管事件发生具有积极的作用。 Objective To observe the effect of hemodialysis combined with blood perfusion on the expression of β_2-microglobulin(β_2-MG) and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) in patients with uremia. Methods Sixty patients with uremia in our hospital were randomly divided into the HD group(single maintenance hemodialysis) and HP + HD group(series connection with HA130-type resin hemoperfusion apparatus and hemodialyzer), with 30 cases in each group. Before and after first dialysis, and 3 months after dialysis, the levels of β_2-MG and hs-CRP of two groups were detected and compared. Results After first dialysis, and 3 months after dialysis, the levels of β_2-MG and hs-CRP of HP + HD group were significantly lower than those before dialysis, and significantly lower than those of HD group at the same time points; all the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusions Hemodialysis combined with blood perfusion can reduce the levels of β_2-MG and hs-CRP of patients with uremia, which has positive significance for reducing the incidences of dialysis related amyloidosis and cardiovascular events.
