妊娠期间糖尿病孕妇采用持续性护理干预的临床效果观察

Clinical Effect of Continuous Nursing Intervention During Pregnancy on Pregnant Women with Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨对妊娠期间糖尿病孕妇实施持续性护理干预措施的临床效果。方法选择2012年12月至2014年11月入住我院的妊娠期糖尿病孕妇110例作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组55例实施传统的常规护理模式,观察组55例在常规护理的基础上实施持续性护理干预模式,观察比较两组干预后的血糖指标及妊娠并发症情况。结果护理后观察组的空腹血糖以及糖化血红蛋白水平均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组感染、妊娠期高血压、巨大儿的发生率均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇采用持续性护理干预措施可使血糖指标得到有效控制,同时降低并发症的发生率,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of continuous nursing intervention during pregnancy on pregnant women with diabetes mellitus. Methods 110 cases of pregnant women with diabetes mellitus in our hospital from December 2012 to November 2014 were selected as the research object, and randomly divided into two groups, with 55 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing mode, while the observation group was given continuous nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing. The blood glucose indicators and pregnancy complications of two groups were observed and compared. Results After nursing, the levels of fasting plasma glucose and glycated hemoglobin of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group（P〈0.05）. The incidence rates of infection, gestational hypertension and fetal macrosomia of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusions Continuous nursing intervention measures for pregnant women with diabetes mellitus during pregnancy can effectively control the blood glucose indicators, and reduce the incidence of complications, which is worthy of promotion in clinic.
