小儿支气管炎患儿实施细节护理干预的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Detail Nursing Intervention for Pediatric Bronchitis

目的观察细节护理干预在小儿支气管炎治疗中的应用效果。方法选取150例小儿支气管炎患者随机分为两组各75例,两组患儿均接受相同的治疗,此外,对照组患儿实施常规护理,研究组实施细节护理干预,对比两组患儿的治疗效果、体温恢复正常时间、住院时间、护理满意度等。结果研究组患儿的治愈率和总有效率分别为50.67%、94.67%,均显著高于对照组的33.33%、80.00%(P<0.05)。研究组的护理总满意度为100.00%,显著高于对照组的78.67%(P<0.05)。研究组患儿的体温恢复正常时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05),研究组患儿家属的健康知识问卷调查平均分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对支气管炎患儿实施细节护理干预能迅速改善患儿临床症状,提高治疗效果,加快患儿康复,提高患儿家属的护理满意度。

Objective To observe the application effect of detail nursing intervention for children with bronchitis. Methods 150 cases of children with bronchitis were randomly divided into two groups, with 75 cases in each group. All cases received same therapy; in addition, the control group received routine care, while the research group received detail nursing intervention. The curative effect, time for temperature returned to normal, length of hospital stay and satisfaction degree to nursing were observed and compared between two groups.Results The cure rate and total effective rate of research group were 50.67% and 94.67% respectively, significantly higher than 33.33% and80.00% of control group, respectively（both P〈0.05）. The total satisfaction rate to nursing of research group was 100.00%, significantly higher than 78.67% of control group（P〈0.05）. The time for temperature returned to normal and length of hospital stay of research group were significantly shorter than those of control group（P〈0.05）. The average score of health knowledge questionnaire of research group was significantly higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusions Detail nursing intervention for children with bronchitis can improve the clinical symptoms quickly, improve curative effect, promote the recovery of children, and improve relatives＇ satisfaction degree to nursing.
