摘要 采用水溶液自由基聚合法,将异戊烯醇聚氧乙烯醚(TPEG)、丙烯酸(AA)及保坍助剂小单体(BTZ)共聚合成了聚羧酸保坍剂,探讨了AA与TPEG的摩尔比、保坍助剂的种类及用量、链转移剂用量、引发剂用量、聚合反应温度、单体滴加时间对保坍剂性能的影响。该保坍剂具有一定的减水率,可单独使用,也可以与普通聚羧酸减水剂复配使用。与普通聚羧酸减水剂复配使用时,新拌混凝土分散性及保坍性能优异。 The polycarboxylate slump retaining agent was synthesis by TPEG, acrylic acid(AA) and retaining auxiliaries(BTZ) in aqueous solution by free radical polymerization. The effects of molar ratio of AA to TPEG, type and amount of BTZ, dosage of chain transfer, dosage of initiator, polymerization temperature, and dropping time of monomer on the performance of the polycarboxylate slump retaining agent were investigated. The polycarboxylate slump retaining agent has a certain water reducing rate, could be used alone or combined with ordinary polycarboxylic superplasticizer. When compound used, the fresh concrete has good dispersion and slump retention properties.
